    • Created a "cyberbegging" website to gain donations and promote fiscal responsibility from concept to implementation

    • Designed an insurance quote and application system for internal use at MetLife
    • Used Axure prototypes for user testing
    • Reduced phone call time by 30 minutes and eliminated 12 screens from the previous system
